Is Dolai free?
Yes, Dolai is free to try. Every new account gets free credits, with no card and no subscription, so you can try the generator before paying anything.
How are credits charged?
Video is charged per second of output, so a clip costs more the longer and larger it is. The generator shows the exact credit cost of a clip before you press generate, and changes it live as you change the length, resolution or model.
What happens if a video fails?
Its credits go straight back to your balance. You only pay for clips that finish.
Do credits expire?
Credits from a one-time package never expire. Plan credits are issued every month, yearly plans included.
Do the videos have a watermark?
No. Every clip downloads as a clean MP4 with no watermark, on every plan and on the free credits too.
Can I use the videos commercially?
Yes, on every plan and every credit package: client work, monetised channels, paid ads and products you sell.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Is Dolai part of Dola or ByteDance?
No. Dolai is an independent video generator that runs Seedance 2.5 and other video models. It is not affiliated with Dola or ByteDance, and paying here does not buy anything in the Dola app.
